Brand and product transition to Mexser

The MARTIN brand and bench rework products have been acquired by MEXSER (Mexel Servicios S.A. de C.V.,) from Mexico.

As part of a strategic business transition, the MARTIN brand and its products Hotbeam 04, Hotbeam 05, Hotplate, Minioven, and Smart Desolder have been acquired by Mexser , based in Mexico.

Mexser founded in 1998, has proudly served as a Martin distributor since 2010. developing extensive knowledge and experience with the Martin product line, providing exceptional support and product applications that have led of being the top in sales WW for Martin bench products for the last five years.

Will take over the manufacturing and global distribution of these products and continue to serve existing and new customers with the same high standards of quality and performance associated with the MARTIN name.

Despite the closure of the company’s site in Germering, Germany, all key suppliers and technology partners in Germany will remain part of the value chain. Mexser is committed to maintaining and strengthening these long-standing relationships to ensure continuity in quality, reliability, and innovation in new products development to meet current and future market demands.

The accompanying photo shows a recent visit in March 2025 to one of our trusted suppliers in Germany — a sign of the ongoing cooperation and mutual trust that will continue under the new ownership. All established key supplier relationships in Germany will remain and continue under the new ownership.
