As part of a strategic business transition, the MARTIN brand and its products Hotbeam 04, Hotbeam 05, Hotplate, Minioven, and Smart Desolder have been acquired by Mexel Servicios S.A. de C.V., based in Mexico.
Mexel will take over the manufacturing and global distribution of these products and continue to serve existing and new customers with the same high standards of quality and performance associated with the MARTIN name.
Despite the closure of the company’s site in Germering, Germany, all key suppliers and technology partners in Germany will remain part of the value chain. Mexel is committed to maintaining and strengthening these long-standing relationships to ensure continuity in quality, reliability, and innovation.
The accompanying photo shows a recent visit in March 2025 to one of our trusted suppliers in Germany — a sign of the ongoing cooperation and mutual trust that will continue under the new ownership.
